The Morris Minor is sold. I'm really going to miss that little car.

You might notice, you may not. I've done a bit of spot cleaning on this page. Can you find the changes? Oh, check out the search button at the bottom. It's cool! CSS rules.
I've been thinning the pigeons out around here. My neighbor has been complaining that they are eating all the feed for his livestock. So he asked me to help him out in reducing the population.
So I've added a "kills" list in the side bar to keep track. I'm getting pretty good at hitting them with the 410. I'm doing about 2 out of 5 now. Most of the time it's because they are out of range and I'm just trying to scare them.
This is much more fun than shooting clays!
I have decided that I'm going to sell my Morris Minor Traveller. I have come to the realization that I'm never going to do much with it. I just don't have the time to work on it. I'm not really a car guy anyway. I'm going to list it for $4000 and see what happens. I'm hoping to get at least $3500 from it. I think it's definitely worth $4k. I have all kinds of stuff for it. I guess I should start cleaning it up then. Getting it ready to go. Then I'll pay off some of my CC bills.
SPAM! It's getting crazy. Even with my spam blocking software it's just getting to be too much. I just can't kill enough of it.
I'm starting to think that using spam blocking software is the wrong way to go. Maybe ISP's should just let the spam go through. Piss people off enough that they will actually do something about the spam problem. There needs to be a law against it. It's costing a lot of money to process spam email. Lots of bandwidth. Lots of time.
Please, help fight spam by sending letters to congress.
My mousey died today. Well, it didn't really die. The cable that goes into the mouse wore out. I plugged in my backup mouse, but it is not a very good mouse. It works ok, but it does not fit my hand well.
So off I went looking for a new mouse. I see that Apple has a new wireless mouse for $70. I also see that a replacement mouse is $50. I looked around at other mice but none of them looked very good.
So I hopped over to eBay. While at eBay I started looking at Wacom tablets. It would be really cool to have one of them. I searched around and looked at 20 different auctions. Looks like I'll spend about $70 on a Wacom. Maybe I'll wait. A new Wacom is only $99 and that comes with a warranty and everything.
While I'm at it, my keyboard has been waring out. It's getting harder and harder to make the keys register. I might be able to just grease it up and that could fix that. I see that Apple has a new wireless Keyboard also! It sure would be nice to get the set.
But I need a mouse now. I can't afford the wireless at this time, and I'll need a keyboard soon. So I popped on the net and found out how to take my mouse apart. After a brief search I found what I needed. I tore into my mouse and cut the cable off. Spliced it back in and now my mouse is happy again. Shorter tail, but I didn't need that long tail on it.
So I'm up and running for another few months. I'll get the wireless keyboard and mouse later.
Yesterday my dad and I went to Lowes and got most of the pipe for hooking up his water system. We still need a few more items, but for now we can bury most of the trench. 160 feet of PVC pipe, a bunch of elbows, and a few other connectors. In a few months my dad won't have to refill his tanks with the hose anymore. Cool!
Why is it that some companies don't want to display their product pricing? It just does not make sense to me. Don't they want to sell their product? Take Teletronics for an example. Nowhere on their site do they have pricing. So I emailed them for a price list. I get back a letter asking for more information about me and my company. So I send the info out to them. Nothing. No price list. I guess they don't want to sell me anything. I guess I'll keep putting money into D-Link's pocket.
Today was ditch digging day. We needed a ditch dug to run electric and water to my dad's trailer. So Ed stopped by with his tractor and did it for us. What a nice guy. I gave him 5 months of internet for it. He also moved a few dirt piles for us. Now all we need to do is run the water and get it all hooked up. Then fill in the ditch.
It's all about Denim. Let me say that again...It's all about Denim.
I downloaded this software a while back and found it neat. Now I've downloaded it again and find it awesome. It's a software that you use to "draw" out a web site. The flow of the links and content. Not to design the graphics or look, but the feel part. I highly recommend it to any web designer types.
