He is still looking for a permanent flash gig. l0st.net While he was gone, he got 10 emails from Dice. Its funny, he put his info into Dice and all he gets is calls for Java programming, when he wants a Macromedia Flash design job. If anyone needs flash, send him some email.

I had a late night re-doing the way my list pages work for the new vehicle search module. I think I have found a way that is not used yet with the big companies, looks, and works real neat. I like doing this stuff, because its really just to help people find cars, and help dealers sell cars.

Wow, its been a crazy two days. I've converted everything I'm doing to PostgresQL RDBMS. I've converted all the CDC Webentory v2 today, and my class stuff. Its really neat to just change the backend db over in just a few hours and it all work the same. I also figured out better ways of doing things to make it faster and more easy to maintain. I found out that pg_fetch_array does make an associative array. Fetch object works well also. Things are just a little different, but not much. I really like my new home page, except for the header. It really went smooth converting to Postgres.

Welp, I got the call today, we got the apartment. We can move in on the 17th of this month. We will make a trip there and take a few things. We dont have to be out of here til June 5th. It will be a slow and mello move. I can't wait to get there and be all moved in. I've got to start getting things ready, like DSL connection and move my DNS and all that.

I guess I'll have the c0de network down for a few days. Hope not too long though. I'm going to call about DSL this week. I hope that DSL is as good as cable. I hope I can get a static address. That would suck to not get one.

This is it! The new home page of Phill Kenoyer. What do you guys think? I have ported it all over to PostgresQL today. Not bad if I don't say so myself. The only thing about Postgres is the lack of features that MySQL has. PHP has less features also for Postgres. I hope soon it will catch up. I think with the new funding that Postgres is getting it will be there soon. One thing that bugs me is (I hope it is correct) that I can't drop a field from a table. I guess I'll just have to plan my tables out better so I dont have to. 8-).

Back to work, got to finish up a few things.

Well, its going to happen. We are going to move into the apartment in Sacramento on the first of June. Fun fun fun. Now I get to disconnect everything and move it to the new place. I'm going to get DSL installed, I guess I'll try it for a while and see what it is like. So... c0de.net, kenoyer.com, thejane.com and some other sites will be down for a few days or more.

I've got a few projects right now that I'm working on. I have CDC Webentory Version 2, HMO4Cars, and Plumbrite. Busy I am. Due dates are coming up soon also.

I'm learning about PostgreSQL right now. Its a RDBMS that has some features that MySQL does not have. I'm thinking about switching to this for CDC project and maybe a few others.

Lots of things going on. Jane has found an apartment in Sacramento. We maybe moving there. The place sounds real good. I dont yet know if I want to move to sac. but, I have to move out of this place, and soon.

I've been working a lot of side jobs to get money to move. Doing one right now that will pay for my move. I dont know what is to be of CDC though. People have really been dropping the ball in this company. I dont know how much longer I can last without doing something drastic. Things are supposta move forward soon, but I dont know. I've got a job offer in Sac. alread for 55k a year. I'm talking to them.

I just downloaded the new Everybuddy client, and one of the things it has is spell checking. Its funny, a whole world of people that can't spell. I pride myself on my spelling now. I just can't believed how many people can't spell the simplest words.

Welp, back to work... Lots to do

Know the c0de! I have changed a few things on the main c0de.net page. I made a new graphic, and added a bit of content. Everyone so far likes the new logo, so I think I'll keep it for a while. I have added some comic relief also to the content.

Work is still progressing on the new AutoMallCity stuff. I've been working on input forms today. I have been working on a really big one today. I still have not got it done. Its very complex. Lots of fields to manage. I tried to get it finished today, but things didn't work out.

Speaking about not working out. The neighbors are driving me and my wife nuts. They play their music all day long real loud. It sounds like we are in a bass speaker. Sucks, can't get any work done. We are going to move soon. Just have to find a place to move to. Rob wants us to move to Walnut Creek, and Ken wants us to move to Sacramento. I dont think I want to move to Sac, and Jane really does not want to move there. Walnut Creek is ok, and its close to Bart. I dont know where to move. Moving sucks.

Barspin.com is doing well. Ryan is keeping it up well. He needs to start writing more stories and reviews, but other then that, its a good site. Still a few things to finish, and in bad need of writers.

Talking about Ryan, he is getting real good at BMX. I've been doing some mpegs and putting them up on his site. You should check it out. http://www.barspin.com.

A few more people have signed in at kenoyer.com. Its good to see that people are finding the site, and adding content to it. Still need some writers for that as well.I'll have to post another message about that on the news section. I would like to get more people on the Kenoyer Home Pages also.

Welp, Rob knows a place in Walnut Creek that we can move to. Maybe we will be moving soon. I can't wait. I hate this place so much. I'll have to re-DNS all my servers to some other IP, but that is easy. I hope I can get a static IP.

Things are still busy with V2 automallcity. I'm working on the new dealer admin section. Its really cool. It builds itself from a database to what type of client is using it. We have lots of different categories from auto's to colectibles. Things are looking like they are on schedule also. Well, except for the graphics, and the overall design of the site. I've got the backend and the code right on schedule I should say... I guess... I just need to get the design dep. into gear, or get a new design department. Well, back off to c0de hacking.

A look into what I have to live in. I really need to get out of this place.

Nancy Jaber Apartment, Alameda California.

Have you even looked for an apartment to rent and was fed up with the price of rent. I can't understand why rent is so high. Alameda, where I live, I can't find an apartment under $700 a month. I'm living in shit hole right now. Our neighbors are vile ugly people. They piss on the walls out side. The laundry makes your cloths more dirty. There is beat up cars in the car port, that have not moved in years. They have 500 kids running around breaking things and being loud. They play their music so loud that it really does shake things off the walls. I'm not kidding around here. This is all true.

The thing that gets me the most mad is that our land lord, Nancy Jaber, does nothing about this. Fricking slum lord. She raised the rent last month also, because of the trash.

Never rent anything from Nancy Jaber. If she cared anything about her properties, then she would have kick these people out years ago.
