Well, the web cam got too annoying so I took it down. My wife and I were always having to not get cought on it naked and stuff. I'll do something else with it later. Maybe the ramp cam when I build my skatepark.

I took the day off today to go shooting. It was fun, I really needed a day off. I've been working like 15 hours a day for the past few weeks, and I'm trashed out. Wrist problems also.

Oh, hey, people with kids... Damm what a job that is.

I played a session of Quake today. First time in a long time, and I still have it. 20-14, 20-9. I was on a killing spree. Quake was fun.

Oh, one more thing... My wife is cute!

Welp, DSL is working good. Not as fast as I would like it to be, but its fast enough. My servers should all be up and running now. I still need to configure my other IP's though for my other stuff. Lots of work to do still.

HMO4Cars is doing good. We are getting stuff ready for sales. Hope this makes me a bunch of money. I still need to finish a lot of code this month on it. Admins, Reports, exports, and consumer info.

It sure sounds like I dont have anything to say... heh.. I guess I'll think of something for later.

Yeah! DSL is connected, servers are up, and life is good. DSL is a bit slower, but it work a lot better than modem. I'm stoked.

I'm checking out Mozilla M16 and it works really well. I like it. Seems stable and stuff. Looks and renders very good. I just might have to stop using the old Netscape for awhile.

Welp, back to work on HMO4Cars.

Well, soon I'll have my DSL. Covad is going to be here on the 1st to setup my lines and stuff. I can't wait. I'm like sitting on the edge of my seat right now. Soon I will be back on line. Then you all can read my journal, HA!

Well, I've been using PostgresQL for the last few months, and I can say happily that I like MySQL better. MySQL is just easier to use and maintain. Now I'm going to have to switch everything I have back to MySQL.. hhahaha...

PostgresQL is ok for my bigger projects that need sub-queries, transaction locking and rollback. Maybe I should give InterBase a try now that its free software.

I've been using IRC a lot lately. Just like the old days. I'm sick of Yahoo Pager and ICQ was stupid to start with. IRC... Back to the roots. If your looking for me on IRC, rawG is my nick.

Well, HMO4Cars is a big project. Its really getting to me. I wish I could just fine one more guy to work on stuff with me. I have been looking but its hard to find people that are good and will work for nothing.

Working for nothing is really getting to me also. I've been working for nothing for so long that my credit cars are starting to max out. I need to make some money fast.

I've just been reading other peoples "blogger" journals. Last updated in June. Damm yo, I though that I lagged on my updates. hah.

Another thing that bugs me is the people that have their own servers and don't make their own databases and journal code. Grrr.. I guess its because I'm a programmer and stuff, but gesh. Why can't everyone be a programmer... oh.. well, then I would not have a job... heh.

I'm thinking about setting up a journal system and letting people use it. That would be cool. If I ever do get my own T1 or whatever, I'll do it. I dont want to use resources from work to do it. Not that I couldn't use them, but I just want to avoid messes later on. One day I will have my own T1 or T3 and I'll be able to do whatever I want with it.

I read a good story about UNIX today. It takes me back to my younger years when I was 15-18 or so. Working with the old systems and the old PC's. That was just fun back then. I had my BBS running and I tweaked the code to do all kinds of cool stuff. People shared code back then. It was cool. The most important thing though is that people were a lot smarter then. Kids now days are idiots. Really. They are taught in school to be dumb. Hell half of them are on drugs that their parents make them take.

I've been working real hard on HMO4CARS web site. Its mostly finished except for a few admin screens and clean up. I like how it turned out though. I just hope I get some money from it. I would really like to start living. And I was told that I would get lots of money for being a programmer. Hell I dont get anything.

Well, the Covad guy came today with my new DSL bridge. But... There seems to be a problem over at PacBell. He was in the phone room working on the lines, and a PacBell guy came by and asked him to walk across the street and check something out. Well, as he left he took the new DSL bridge and said that he may have come out too soon. So I guess I'm waiting to see what happens.

If I had any hair left, I'd pull it out.

I'm going to be building a mini-skatepark in the back of Deno's Cycles next week.. maybe.. Its going to be good. Prolly not for just anyone to ride though. I think I'll have a wallride, quarter pipe, box jump, and rail grind. I want to put other things also, but dont know what. I'm going to draw up plans this weekend sometime.

I've been very busy c0ding lately also. 10pm to 6am just about every night. HMO is going to be finished this weekend. Webentory will follow soon. I can't wait.

Well, I was playing around with JavaScript and stuff, and I figured out how to do a scrolly thing by hacking some c0de I found. Its really cool. I made it work with my journal also. I didn't like it as much with my journal so I just used it for the slashdot stuff. I'll try to think of something else to make it work with later. I have it setup in a Class_Lib for PHP now so I can just send any data I want to it. It takes an array and will produce the output for me. Welp, back to hacking on HMO for cars.

Welp, another week gone by and still no DSL. This totally sucks. I hate waiting for things. I going to buy some ethernet cable and run a line to PacBell. They are right across the street! I got a email from Covad the other day. They scheduled a guy to come out and setup the DSL line to my box. They never came by. A week later I called and they said they would check into it. The next day I was told that they came out the day before and found problems with the lines. I never seen anyone. The phone box is right out side of my window. I am here all the time. They said that they were waiting for information about the line. Well, I'm just sitting here, waiting... All my servers are still down. My email system is down. I'm using a 33.6 modem to do my work with. I dont know.
