Today Jane made me cookies! Not just any old cookies, but perfect chocolate chip cookies. I ate them... Had not other choice.

I fixed barspin's pr0n problem. I setup a banning system, so he can get the IP/hostname and setup banning rules for them. That should solve the problem.

I got ODBC working for MSAccess today. Took all of 10 minutes. Very easy to do. Download the driver and install it. Then select open ODBC database and type in the hostname and DB name. Thats it. It comes up. I like it.

Now I'm off to do other things.

Well, I woke up today, went into the bathroom to take a leek, and splash, splash... The whole bathroom was flooded. Then just about a minute later, knock, knock, at the door. It was the maintenance crew asking if my bathroom was flooded. Heh. I guess the pipes backed up or something. My whole bathroom got fludded, closets and all. Now I'm waiting for them to clean it up and unflood the bathroom. Boy do I have to go.. heheh..

Made some changes here. I added a random number generator and made the side boxes random. Slashdot, Freshmeat, Webmonkey, Hackers News, and others. Fun stuff.

Jane just ordered two kunfu movies on DVD. She is real happy with that. Tie Chi Master and one other. Can't wait to get them and check them out. That will be fun.

I uploaded a new HMO4Cars version last night. It is almost done, only two more things to do.

WooHooo! GNU/Debian 2.2 (Potato) has been officially released! This is great! I have been using 2.2 for a while, but some of my friends have not wanted to install it due to slow connections to the internet. Now they can buy the CD and install without high speed internet.

I'm going to have to buy my copy now. Can't wait to get it. It will make installing a lot easier. I'm upgrading Databoost right now. It does not take too long on a T1.

HMO should be ready for launch. They need to start selling product ASAP. The new pricer stuff is good. Works well enough.

Karl has told me that he is sick of developing internet stuff. Too many security headaches. I know that feeling. I have like 20 different passwords, but I dont mind typing. Karl should use a Mac, its just drag and drop my friend. Oh and by the way, that printer is lucky that I'm not armed.

Tomorrow I'm going to Modesto and I hope to go by and see my mom and dad on the way. That will be fun. Going to eat dinner and stuff. Then right after that I have to go to a meeting for CDC. Go to get stuff rolling.

What a nice weekend I had this weekend. I didn't work on work all weekend long. Saturday I played on my skateboard all day at the Rocklin Skatepark. What a great mini-ramp they have. Then I hung out the rest of that night at Jane's parents house. Sunday I just chilled all day doing nothing. Watch a funny movie "What planet are you from". Though about doing my new site, built2grind.com. Nothing of work really. Very relaxing.

But, Monday I've got a lot of work to catch up on. HMO is out the door, but needs some tweaks and small patches. Plumbrite.com is in the hands of Karl. Jane is doing the planning for Built2grind.com. Webentory.com is in the works (v2 automallcity). Lots of things to do. I'm going to build an ad server for webentory.com to have ads placed on different sites. Fun fun fun.

Well, I'm going back to bed now.

Well, its 4:20am, and the rave has just been shut down. Jane finally got sick and tired of the damm raves all night long every night, that she called the cops on them. With in 15 minutes the walls stopped shaking. I didn't think that the cops would do anything, but they did. I heard a lot of yelling as people left. Cars peeling out, and playing their music real loud. But it all settled down now. I'm going to bed, to sleep. Maybe I can start sleeping normal hours now, instead of 5am to 1pm.

Ok, I took the java scroller off, it was bugging me. It loaded too slow, and it was too big. I put Freshmeat on also. Now I can get my fill without going anywhere. I'm set!

Well, another night of "Raves" at the night club next door. This really sucks. All night the apartment just vibrates from the way too loud bass. How anyone could stand to be in that place is beyond me. I can't understand why people would want to destroy their ears with that crap. Even when I was younger I did not like loud music. Its just dumb. Anyway we are looking into getting a lawyer to take care of them. I would just move to another place, but I just finished moving here for the same reason. I have just gotten settled in. The music didn't start until about a month after we moved here. We had no idea that there was a night club next door. Its a bowling alley, geesh. Anyway, maybe complaining to the police and getting a lawyer will help.

Another fire this month by my house. This time just about next door to me. The building on the other side of the fence, by the LaserX Bowling alley just burned down. Big big big fire.

I had just left my house to get something to eat, and I was riding by and I smelled it, then I seen fire inside of the building. 20-30 minutes later the fire trucks came to put it out. It took 30 minutes to get the fire dept. there. I could have put it out with a hose if I had one, but the whole building burned down.

It was an abandoned building, and prolly a bum sleeping inside of it set the fire. Anyway, thats the news from Sacramento.

Damm, forgot to bring my cam. Next time I go out, I'm taking my video cam.

OK! I have the new journal comments working now. You all can add comments to my journal entries again. I have not had this working since I upgraded to PostgresQL for the backend. I still have all the old comments and I will add them to the database soon.

In other news...

I though I broke my bike today, but I didn't. My peg came loose, and I though I striped out the threads, but I moved that nut to the back and it worked just fine. I put the large size nuts on the front again. Allwell.

I have been working on the pricer all day today for HMO4CARS. Should be done tonight. Lots and lots of info in it. It takes a long time to integrate it into the system.

I have registered another domain name. Built2grind.com (builttogrind.com also). Its going to be a skatepark site for Jane. Jane builds skateboard parks and this will be a good place to put the designs and things. It will be great. Can't wait to start working on it.
