I had a very busy day today. I totally rearanged my office. I was a bit crowded in there with the servers in the middle of the floor, so I moved them to the back wall. Now I have ton's of space.

Tomorrow I should get my new antenna that should have been here the other day. I get to climb up a 32 foot pole and attach it. That will be fun.

I also got Jane's new web site launched. That was fun. Its a really good site. She is really good at designing web sites. TheJane.com is still a really good web site that will last. Her new web site is Lady Jane's Decorative Boots. Get your boot quickly, because they are sure not lasting. The other day a store ordered 20 of them. Its a hit!

Anyway, I'm signing out for the night.

I have big plans for tomorrow. I'm going to put my antenna guide lines up and I'm going to re-organize my office. I have a plan to make a lot more room in my office and still have easy access to the servers. I will need to move a lot of stuff around and tear out the closet. Its going to be really nice when I'm done. It may take all day though. I still need to figure out a way to plug the hole in my wall so bugs can't get in, but still keep it clear to run cable through. Some type of foam in a pipe I guess.

Today was pancake day. I made myself a short stack of pancakes. Mmm...mmm...good. Its always good to start the day with a short stack. Of course by the time I get around to eating, its lunch time. ;-)

I just received a message from Jane. She sold out on her boots. She is going to be an internet millionaire. You know those ideas like the pet rock. Jane has one and its in full effect. I hope that this is the end of our money problems!

I'm toasted. I did a whole bunch of work tonight. Last thing I did was work on Jane's new site. I have the shopping cart finished and now I just have to build the order form. Its coming along really well. I should have it finished in a few more days.

Right now...Its time for bed. Good night.

I went to town today. Reno. I was going to pick up a few items, but... I got the antenna stuff, cable and mounting hardware, but forgot the zip ties and blinking LED flashlight. I also bought the wrong clamps for the cable size. So now I have to go back to town and switch them and get the other stuff. Gesh. I also forgot my ATM card code again when I went to the bank to make a deposit. What a day.

I did have fun at the skatepark though. Not as much fun as I used to have. Its good to just get outside once in a while.

Well, now its time to go back to work.

I got to see the Enterprise that I missed. They have started all over again for the season (I guess). I'm not too impressed with Enterprise so far. Its kinda corny. Maybe it will get better.

Well, tomorrow I have a very busy day, so I'm going to bed. good night.

I did it. I bought a new antenna. I bought the 15.4DBi Omni. I'm thinking that this one will boost the signal to the customers that are on the edge of the service area. I have a few that are only getting 13% signal. Still a good signal, but WinXP pops up messages about it being weak all the time. Stupid Windows.

Well, Jane is gone for the week. She is so busy. I think I'll try to get her web site done before she gets back. Its coming along very well.

This morning Jane had her Comp court case. She went in and was so well organized that she won it hands down. Now we can get back all the money that we have spend for doctors and insurance and trips to Reno four times a week. This will be real good. We really are hurting for that money right now. Maybe Jane can retrain as a lawyer... ;-)

For about six months now somone on Comcast Cable has been trying to update a domain name on my domain server. I have been blocking their IP address with IPTables. I also emailed Comcast about 10 times about it without any reply. Each time I block the IP address, they change it. So thinking I'm smarter then them, I block the whole C class. Ends up they get a IP on a different class. So I just block all of Comcast. Now they are doing the updates from AT&T cable modems. So today I just break out with three T1's and ping flood their IP address. I think that I have flooded them right off the net. Still, I do not think that this will solve my problem. I'm sure that as soon as I stop the ping flood, they will be right back to trying to update my dns server. I'm sure its just someone with a missconfigured router or something.
